The documents state that the plaintiff “with the present notice that … the action is voluntarily rejected by prejudice.”
Because the dismissal is prejudiced, the lawsuit cannot again be restored to its present form.

“The frivolous, fictional and terrifying claims are rejected,” he writes.
“This civil claim was without merit and never went anywhere. The fictional tale they created was ridiculous, if not for the seriousness of the claims.”
“The trauma my wife, my children, my loved ones and I have endured can never be fired,” said the rapper, who is married to singer Beyonce.
He continued: “The courts must protect the innocent to be charged without giving evidence. Let the truth prevail for all victims and these false accused equally.”
Jay-Z’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, stressed in a separate statement that the case “never should be brought.”
“As he confronted abominal and false statements, Jay did what few could – he pulled back, never settled, never paid 1 red penny, he triumphed and cleared his name,” he said in a statement Before The BBC.
Initially, Jane Dow filed a lawsuit against Mr. Combs in October before adding Jay-Z’s name in December. She claims that both men attacked her in 2000 after the MTV Video Music Awards Afterparty.
Jay-Z categorically denied allegations, claiming that his lawyer had been sent “extortion” in an attempt to force an agreement. He said the experience had the “opposite effect” and instead motivated him to publicly challenge the accusations.
In December, Jane Dow gave an interview that raised questions about her accuracy. She acknowledged that “not all facts were clear” and said, “I made some mistakes. I may have made a mistake in identifying. “
Last month Jay-Z formally asked the court to reject the casequoting discrepancies in the accuser’s account. The request was approved by the United States District Judge Anisa Torres, which led to the dismissal of the court case.
While the Jay-Z is no longer facing court action in this case, Mr. Combs continues to fight over three dozen civil cases.
In response to the dismissal on Friday, the legal team of G -N -Combs issued a statement declared its innocence.
“We have seen a case for months after a case filed by persons hiding behind anonymity, pushed by a lawyer, more focused on media titles than legal merit. Like this claim, the rest will fall apart because there is no truth For them, “the statement says.
He added: “This is just the first of many that will not stay in court.”
D -Combs is being held at the Capitals Center in Brooklyn, New York, since September 2024, federal criminal charges related to racketeering and sexual traffic.
He has been refused on bail three times and will remain in custody until his process on May 5, 2025.
