Sana Grain Mill Review: Makes Specialty Flours a Piece of Cake

Made with two 85-mm Millsstone ceramic and corundum, a oxide mineral. These millstones have an extremely rough surface that can also grind not only the grain, but also dried maize, beans and lentils. For all my purposeful flour, I put the mill in its best grind setting (just turn the mill clockwise) without listening to Millsstones). Thanks to the 3605-Wat motor of the mill, in five minutes I had about 6.5 cups of freshly mixed wheat flour.

The mill is not as loud as I expected, but it is still loud – the grain hopper helps the noise shown in the ID.

The evidence is in the pudding

My best-intention flour mixture was a success, Sana I have turned a fine ground flour to any store-orna brand. The grind could be a little less fine than the floors of commercialization (there were small glasses from wheat berries all over the flour) but I was very happy with the results. The flour was the familiar powder flopper that I was accustomed to.

In both my cookies and mini bread, fresh flour played the same as a commercial brand. Both had great and familiar texture, which I was particularly happy. Depending on your recipe, it may require some tweets to adjust the newly matched flour structured makeup, which includes wheat berry bran and germs.

I noticed the biggest difference when using fresh flour in my baked products. They had more taste in cookies and bread. They were almost almonds and of course wheat. Both were developed by delicious and freshly mixed flour. (In the recent snow storm, my husband and I just broke two dozen sneakerdals made in two days.)

I still have a coarse crop, but I have no doubt about Sana’s power. Sana’s price is steep, but it is a piece of workhors tool that gives quick results.

As a cleanup, it is easy: simply unsurark the hopper and brush the stones from time to time or run some rice through it. As Sanner’s longevity, the use of millstones should rarely be worn after the use of Millsstones, as they are virtually indestructible.
