Peterson said it helps in this general conversation but the flexport is still off these transactions through regular workflow on its platform. He said that he was “hesitant” to include voice agents in other parts of the flexport business until the ability and reliability improved.
“My standard quality bar is truly high for these things to be customer-facing,” he said. “I think there is a future where customers are really good in answering their questions would be happy to talk to an AI.”
This does not mean that Peteron is planning to move slowly with AI overall. In fact, he said he loved the speed that he had been able to test the flexport.
