The South African court dismissed the claims of white genocide in the country as “clearly imaginary” and “not real”, undermining the allegations of US President Donald Trump and his advisor Elon Musk.

The decision came when the court blocks the donation of a wealthy benefactor to the white supreme group Boerelegioen.

Grantland Michael Bray wanted to bequeath $ 2.1 million ($ 1.7 million) to the group to help her “further later from racial hatred and separation.”

But the court ruled that this request was invalid, unclear and “contrary to public policy”.

Trump referred to “the large-scale murder of farmers” in South Africa while Musk condemned what he said they were “racist property laws” and earlier condemned the “white people’s genocide”.

Although he vowed to break into immigration, Trump said the white South African farmers would be allowed to settle in the United States as refugees because of the pursuit he said they were facing.

Musk was born and raised in South Africa before moving to the United States.

The claim from the court was brought by the four brothers and sisters of G -N Gray, who are also trustees and beneficiaries of family confidence.

In it, they claimed that their brother had become “obsessed with the idea of an impending genocide of white people in South Africa” in the last 10 years of his life.

He died in March 2022.

G -n Gray, who was paralyzed after an incident at 26 years old, as he did military service, also became paranoid, believing that the alleged “genocide” would happen soon.

“This idea was further fueled by his current racism and the online content he was exposed to,” Judge Rosen Ali summarized in a February 15th decision, which just came to light.

G -n Gray first met with Boerelegioen members in 2020 and supposedly gave them about $ 326,000 (258,000 British pounds) in gold coins to help financing their cause and win a racist group membership S

Boerelegioen describes itself as a “Civil Protection Movement, which enables citizens to oppose the promised slaughter of whites in RSA (Republic of South Africa), as well as the theft of their property.”

Subsequently, Gi Gray made the beneficiary organization in his mansion, stating that some of the money goes to the various training programs that the group has implemented.

But since there were three entities bearing the name Boerelegioen, the court found that the establishment of G -N Gray was “unclear in relation to what the enterprise is the foreseen beneficiary” of its will.

“The only expression of intention (d -n -Gray), which is obvious, is the intention to use the means for ‘training’, as well as (his) his own claims that he wants the funds used for the benefit of an organization that he considers to be Be the one who will destroy every black person in South Africa and be used to protect or protect against white genocide, which is clearly represented, not real, “said Judge Ali.

On the issue of public policy, the brothers and sisters of G -n Gray claims that Boerelegioen wants to use the means for “extra … his messages of racial hatred and separation.”

Boerelegioen says it simply provides security and community training services and does not exclude anyone based on race, gender or religion.

Judge Ali ruled in favor of the siblings and ordered Boerelegioen to pay the costs of the court case.

Earlier this month, Trump signed an enforcement order freezing the country because of a new law allowing land seizure by the South Africa government in certain circumstances.

The status of white South African farmers has long been a rally on the right and the far right of American politics.

But despite the many allegations in the past about the systematic guidance of the white Africa minority group in the country, the figures of local crimes paint a different picture.

South Africa does not release crime data based on race, but recent data revealed that 6,953 people were killed in the country between October and December 2024.

Of these, 12 were killed in agricultural attacks. Of the 12, he is one farmer, while five are farms inhabitants and four are employees who were probably black.

In contrast, 961 women were killed with 273 children.
