Google sheets are giving a Gemini-powered upgrade that is designed to help users quickly analyze data and help transform spreadsheets into charts using AI.
With this update, users can access Jemini’s capabilities to create insights from their data, such as mutual relations, tendencies, external and more. Users can now create advanced visualization like heatmaps that they can insert as a fixed figure than cells in spreadsheets.
When the company Declaration Updated last month, Google Says Friday It is now available for all workspace business users.
To get started, you need to click on the Gemini icon on the top right of your spreadsheet. From there, you can ask things like “Create a General Heatmap of My Net Income Forecast for the next trimester” or “Create a General Hitmap of Support in Devices” based on historical information.

Other examples include a marketing manager “to provide some insights on my top 3 performing channels through conversion rates” or asking for “any financial analyst to detect any inconsistencies at the Inventory level for” product X.
Google says that the Gemi Python creates and operates the code and is able to do all this by analyzing the results for multi-level analysis. For simple requests, Gemini can still provide answers using formulas instead of Python code.
The company notes that the data should be in a consistent format with a clear title and there is no missing value to allow for the correct results.
