French police closed the trains to and from Paris Gar Du Nord Station on Friday after an unexplored bomb from World War II was found in tracks leading to the terminal, train companies said.
The bomb was found on the tracks at night, a Rer B train, published on X. Media, said the discovery was made in the area of ​​Saint-Denis, a suburb of Paris.
Eurostar and all other trains were stopped while police were working to disable the device.
The Eurostar website shows Trains from London to Paris, scheduled to leave before 10:30 GMT on Friday, were canceled and the routes from Paris to London before local lunch time (11:00 GMT) were also canceled.
Eurostar said in his update that “due to the object of songs near Paris Garey Du Nord, we expect a break in our services this morning.”
