President Donald Trump sees his trade war as a way of pressing Mexico to do more to stop the flow of illegal drugs in the United States.

BBC correspondent Quentin Someville travels to the border between the US and Mexico and traced Fentanil’s smugglers – before talking to addicts in Philadelphia.

Watch him meet some of the operative operators and cause them because of the deaths that their pills cause.
