An Israeli air strike in the southern city of Khan Enis in Gaza has killed top political leader Hamas Salah al-Bardauwell, Hamas official told the BBC early in Sunday.
The locals say the air strike has killed Bardaweel, a member of the group’s political office, and his wife.
Israeli officials had no immediate comments.
