Milton’s interest in Nicola is the latest twist of the company’s long, odd story. Milton founded the company in 2021, in the first high-profile special purpose acquisition attachment, resigned a few months after the fraud allegations were raised, and he was convicted in 2022. He was sentenced to four years in 2021, and President Trump just last month.
Meanwhile, Nicola fought with the battery fire, memory and its overall financial health before file for bankruptcy.
The lawyers of Nevada Sattar, known as ISSO LLC, said in A. Filing Last week that it submitted a bid for Nicola assets on March 21. As part of the bid process, Nicola agreed to give the ISSO to the factory to visit the factory.
