In one place, users can track any post shared using open technology. These include social posts such as blusky and mastone, but other sources powered by RSS such as blogs, tumbler and reddit updates, YouTube videos, podcasts and more. Tapestry users can also combine these sources to create their own custom feed.

However, one of the greater challenges of multi-feed sum applications like Tapestry is that you often face up with duplicates because other users cross their updates on multiple services like Mastodon, Blocski and Micro.blog.

The latest tapestry update is now able to automatically filter these duplicates even after writing the posts exactly the same. For example, if a long mastodone post is edited to fill the 300-character limit of bluskee, the tapestry will still be able to identify the differences and hide the duplicate post.

Users would like to hide the duplicate post, or to “mall” it or to choose if they completely muted it and remove them completely from their feed.

It works because the tapestry is repeatedly looking for text from the same author across multiple feeds, not necessarily a word-word match.

Users can switch to four separate timelines with long-pressing feed icons with app tools. (These customizations are also device-specific, that is, people can choose to keep a separate set of choice on iPhone and iPad).

Another small tweet roll out includes an easy-access button to refresh the feeds and jump into the feed places. This is found on the remote-left button menu button. Users can customize the feeds from the action menu of an item and change the icon of the application among other things.
