Blue Water Autonomy comes out of stealth promising autonomous naval ships

A new ship-starting startup Captain-Kam, called Blue Water Autonomy, has derived from the stealth with the promise of naval housing.

Boston, Massachusetts-based company has collected $ 14 million seed rounds from Eclipse VC, riots and impatient initiatives. The startup was founded by a former US Navy member, Amazon Robotics leader and Iroobot in 2024.

The startup says it has created a full-stack autonomy suite and concept ship design “under one year”. It is already experimenting with a 100 ton of autonomous test ship just outside of Boston, a spokesperson of the company told TechCrunch.
