American actress Michelle Trachtenberg died a natural death from complications caused by diabetes, according to the New York medical examination office.

The 39-year-old actress was found “unconscious and unaware” in her apartment in New York in February.

The officials did not pass the exam after death, but said that toxicology tests determined the cause of Trachtenberg’s death.

The American actress was most famous for playing the younger sister of Buffy’s killer, dawn, and later took on the role of manipulative socialist Georgina Sparks in the Gossip Girl as an adult.

It is reported that the Trachtenberg family, who are Orthodox Jews, objected to autopsy, citing religious reasons.

As there were no signs of a fake game, the medical specialist did not cancel the objection of the relatives.

An unnamed source told the NBC News that the actress had received a liver transplant before her death. The exact time or reasoning of the operation is unclear.

The sudden death of Trachtenberg shocked her fans.

She rose to fame as a children’s star, debuting in a number of Nickelodeon projects, including Harriet the Spy.

In the early 2000s, she was nominated for several acting awards – including the Emmy Daily Award – for her role in Buffy’s “killer” of the vampire.

She has also starred in films, including Eurotrip, Ice Princess, Killing Kennedy and Nursing cities.

After their death, colleagues paid tribute.

Blake Lively, a Gossip Girl artist, said that everything Thractenberg did, “she did 200%.”

“She laughed at the most of someone’s joke … She took care of her work deeply. She was a brutally loyal to her friends and bold for those she loved, she was big and brave and clearly herself,” Lively wrote on social media.
