xAI’s Grok chatbot can now ‘see’ the world around it

Jai’s Grock Chatbot can now answer the questions about what is on your smartphone camera, like the real-time vision features available for Google’s Geni and ChatzPT.

Tuesday, Jai announced The introduction of Grock Vision, which allows users to point their phone to objects like products, signs and documents and ask questions about them. Grock Vision is accessible from the Grock app for iOS, but not yet Grock Android app.

Grock’s Voice mode comes with the camera access, the users point to their phone and asks, “What am I seeing?”

Other new powers that launched today for Grock include multilingual audio and real-time search in Voice mode. Android Grock users can tap them only if they subscribe to XAI’s $ 30 in the supergrock plan every month.

Grock is gaining new features in a steady clip. Earlier this month, Jai adds a “memory” material to Grock that allows the bot to draw the details from the past conversation. Grock also got a Canvas To create docs and applications.
