A judge announced abuse after the jurors failed to see a sentence in the Michigan policeman murder trial who fatally shot a black man while stopping traffic.

The April 4 incident was caught with graphic details and numerous angles of a police chamber and a dashboard camera, eyewitness telephone and a bell’s security system from a nearby home.
The footage shows that G -n Lia runs away from the shur on foot after stopping traffic. The two men were confronted with Mr. Shur’s Tauser before shooting Mr. Leah, who was face down to the ground.
The fight against the Tazra was central to the defense of G -n -Shur, who testifies that he is in great fear because Taser can cause “painful pain” and injury.
“I believed that if I hadn’t done it at that time, I would not go home,” said G -n -Shur about firing at the g -niya.
G -n -Shur, an employee of the Grand Rapids Police Department for seven years, was fired shortly after he was charged in 2022.
Patrick Leah came to the United States with her family from the Democratic Republic of Congo in 2014. He has lived in Grand Rapids for about five years, according to the civil rights lawyer Benjamin Crump, who is the Leah family.
His murder caused protests at Grand Rapids, renewing questions about police brutality and why traffic stops, involving black men, often lead to tragedy.
The trowel comes just one day after three ex -police officers in Memphis were justified for murder in the murder of tire Nichols, a black man who was beaten during the stopping of the movement in 2023.
