“Honestly, I almost didn’t give up my story Because I wasn’t 100% “perfect” during the challenge. But then I realized, “Well, that’s the point, isn’t it?” Life won’t be perfect all the time, and we’re not. This is during these imperfect moments we need bounce and keep the foundation.

I started strongly, but about 6. The challenge week I had to pass an unexpected surgery, which carried me out for the rest of the challenge. Despite the road blockades, I stuck on the foundation of LSF HBMP and now I am 12 pounds lighter and a total of 12.5 inches less! If you take something from my story, let it be this: Don’t let one little hiccup ruin your whole trip! I could throw in the towel and give up, but I didn’t, and the results are out of amazing. You don’t have to be 100% perfect to see the results.

“Old me” would give me the moment I had surgery, thinking, “Fuck him, I can’t be 100% perfect, so what’s the point?” But I understood that LSF is not just another diet or fad – is really a lifestyle and sustainable in that! These past 8 weeks have proven me that and hopefully everyone who follows my trip on Instagram. I never felt (or looked) better, and the trust I have now is priceless.

Thank you Tim LSF, to empower women like me to discover my strength, self-confidence and joy and knowing that even through hard times in life can still go on. “

Story:

“Last three years have changed for me. I started my family, and now I have two beautiful babies, two and a half and nine months. As my family has grown, but I also added at a significant weight. After I had a daughter, I really fought with losing weight and maintained about 15kg more than what I started with. After my son I just added what I had already acquired but this time I wanted to stop watching weight loss as a one-time goal, but forever lifestyle that could be maintained. And Lost 8 lbs During this challenge and now I am Below my threat topic For my son !!

But that’s not the most important to me. Next to my before and after pictures for this challenge I have Before and after opinion. Before I thought, if I don’t stick to my plan, I’m failure. I can restart tomorrow. After I think, If I don’t stick to my plan, it’s okay, I’m a man! I could also Find joy in the moment because I’m still on my journey!

For me this challenge was not perfect (though healthy 55-daily exercise app!), it was about being Discipline to push and stay consistent while grace accept when things are not “perfect.” There were days in which I had no energy to go to everything, but I still found a way to move in the moment and give what I can. It was the day I enjoyed ice cream with my daughter, but I still made sure I achieved my protein goals and made Veget with every meal. I am so proud of what I have achieved in the last 8 weeks, but more importantly, I am proud of the frame I asked to continue to continue to continue to achieve my goals and Become the best version and sample yourself for your children and husband!

Story:

SSD was a challenge to open the eyes For me because it was my first 8-week challenge in the LSF community. I had to sit with myself and assess what keeps me from to be happy in my skin and I really try with my diet. And Cut excessive alcohol and tried to be aware of what calories they enter and go out! And 1000% my activity raised With bonus moves, app training and walking every day at least a mile at work or with my dog. And ceeded with the excuses And he started digging in my reserve for discipline, something that has not been used for a long time.

One big change I implemented this challenge was actually Joining a group of responsibilities. It was nice to see how other women pass through the same things I was with scheduling and feeling burned, etc. But we They constantly appear for themselves! Very inspiring! I tried new exercise techniques and fell in love with moving my body again For 20-30 minutes to improve not only my physical appearance, but increase mental knowledge and mood! I’m a Complete love with the sweating of believer since 2019 And you just impress me with the quality and amount of challenges so that they can motivate us and look the best. “
