BBC on the spot in Seoul as a new president has been announced

Millions voted at SNAP the elections on Tuesday, caused by former President Yon Suc Yal’s impeachment because of his unsuccessful military offer.

Kim Moon-SU from the People Power party gave way and greeted Lee Ja-Mung, who struggled with these elections as a referendum on martial law, seeking to make sure that this would never be repeated.
