Kilauea shoots lava hundreds of feet in the air during eruption

Hawaii’s Kilauea Volcano, one of the most active in the world, broke out for the 25th time since December 23, 2024.

The eruption continued for about 8 hours, with the fountains of lava from the northern outlet reached over 1000 feet (305 m), according to the geological study of the United States (USGS).

USGS warned that high levels of volcanic gas were a major danger of anxiety due to its distant effects down.
