Threads is testing spoiler text, Zuckerberg says

Threads, Mater Microblogging Platform, Testing Spoiler text in accordance with a Post Meta CEO from Mark Zuckerberg.

Spoller text refers to words (or images) that is gray in a post and just become readable if you just click on them to see them. By name, spoiler text is often used on platforms like Discord or Reddit so that people are not caught in contact with new movies, TV shows, or books without accidental plot points and books.

This is an upgrade to a great quality of life for the user, but it helps Meta by encouraging more conversations about pop culture without being concerned about spoiling others.

Meta said in a press release, “Popular shows like” The Last of US “and” The White Lotus “are regularly treated in their ASONS Tu threads.

Spoller text can be effective in other situations, such as obscure of images that are not violating texts or images, but still off-popping to some users. (Looking at my friend who shares #Brucewatch updates after their Frisby Games))

As currently in the examination features, spolar text/images have not been roll out to all users. For those who have the text or images for those who have it, they can be highlighted as spolal, then selecting the “Mark Spoller” from the menu displayed.
