CCTV has captured the moment when the South Korean man stumbles on the subway carriage with a flammable fluid before setting it on fire. The prosecutor’s office of Southern County Seoul released footage from the arson of arson, which took place on May 31.
Six people were injured during the incident, including inhalation of smoke and a broken ankle as they tried to escape from the train. No death has been reported. A 67-year-old suspect has been accused of attempting murder and arson.
