The incident occurred after several small drones that were part of a holiday show collided and fell into the crowd on Saturday, December 21, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) said.
In a statement, Sky Elements Drones said it is working with the FAA and Orlando, Florida city officials to “determine the cause and are committed to creating a clear picture of what happened.”
The second drone performance of the night was cancelled. The FAA has launched an investigation.
