Instagram now lets you share Spotify songs with sound to Stories

Instagram announced on Monday that it was finally adding users’ ability to listen to the preview of the song shared by stories from Spotify.

Instagram has long allowed users to share spotify songs in their stories, it will do it without sound and simply provide a link to the streaming platform song. Now, when a user posts a song for their story, viewers will be able to hear exactly the song preview in Instagram.

Small, yet significant changes make the application easy to share and discover the music on the platform.

Instagram also announced on Monday that it is launching new fonts this year for stories and reels. To start, the platform is introducing a limited time font inspired by the singer and lyricist Rosalia’s handwriting.

When typing in characters such as “:-)”, ***, “and” <3, ", users can unlock secret secret symbols by Rosalia.
