The National Meteorological Service (NWS) has announced an emergency flooding situation in Ruidoso, New Mexico, on Tuesday, July 8, calling on residents to look for a higher place immediately. Video shows that the home is flowed at a fast -moving flooded wave, where the river waters have risen 15 feet (4.5 m), according to NWS.
