Israel bombed forces entering the city of Druz after deadly clashes

Israel says he has bombed the Syrian government forces around Subitida as they entered the City City of Druz after two days of deadly sectarian clashes.

About 100 people were reported to have been killed by battles between Druz’s militias and Bedouin tribes erupted on Sunday.

Syria’s Defense Minister announced a truce in Subitida on Tuesday morning, saying that an agreement had been reached with local dignitaries to unleash the security forces there. However, a spiritual leader of a friend called the local fighters to oppose.

As the death issue reached 30, the Syrian Interior Ministry announced that its forces and those of the Ministry of Defense would intervene and impose an order, stating that “the dangerous escalation is coming into the light of the lack of relevant official institutions.”

There was a short period of tranquility on Sunday night after mediation between Bedouin and Druz leaders led to the release of people abducted on both sides, according to the news outlet managed by Suwayda 24 activists.

But on Monday, he said the fighting resumed the province west of the city after drones attacked villages at the same time as government forces located in the nearby areas of the Eastern province of Draa.

Subsequently, Suwayda 24 reported that villages in the area were also affected by a mortal fire and that dozens of dead and injured were brought to local hospitals.

In the meantime, the Israeli military said it had hit several government tanks to prevent them from progressing to the city of Subitida. Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz said the strikes were “a clear warning to the Syrian regime”.

On Monday night, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights Based in the UK Monitoring Group reported that 99 people were killed, including 60 Druze, including four civilians, 18 Bedouin fighters, 14 security forces.

The Ministry of Defense said 18 security officers were killed during attacks on military points by what he calls “outlawed.”

On Tuesday morning, Druz’s spiritual leadership stated that they agreed to allow governmental forces to enter the province of Subitida to end the bloodshed. They also called on all armed groups there to cooperate and hand over their weapons.
