Mistral’s Le Chat chatbot gets a productivity push with new ‘deep research’ mode

French AI Lab Mistral On Thursday, his Le Chat introduced several new features in the chatboat that brought it closer to rivals like OpenAI and Google. The new update includes a new “deep research” mode, native multilingual argument and editor of advanced image.

Mistral says that its new deep research mode, as provided by rivals, turns Le Chat as an integrated research assistant that can plan your requirements, search, search and synthesize data.

“What the model does is to really go to the web to find a variety of sources to answer a particular question,” Mstral product chief, Elisa Salamanka told TechCrunch. “We believe that this feature is going to be very relevant for both consumer and enterprise use. For customers, it can do travel research and provide a complete analysis of the best travel plans. And it can do complete research for enterprise work.”

Updates are available all over levels – Free, Pro, Team and Enterprise – Salamanka notes that Mistral is focusing on integrating Le Chat and Myster’s productivity suit at enterprise ecosystems with this release. “Lots of subscribers who have very sensitive data do not actually use cloud services, or if they do that, they do it in their own premises with virtual private clouds,” Salamanka quoted banking, defense and government customers.
