Roborock Saros Z70 Review: OmniGrip Doesn’t Quite Work

Spread the love

I waited around my house and spent a few weeks lying down, I was sticking it. My poor Omnigrip was in trouble all the time. I spent the hand from our frosting toilet paper container in a morning bathroom. It was pulled from the rack of all kitchen towels. If the emergency stop button (and child lock) works, you still need to get the item out of its nails.

In an email, Roborc admits that Omnigrip has many strange limitations. For example, it does not detect shoes that are not on the hard surface, so it cannot lift the flip-flop on the carpet. Sometimes it lifts something and puts it down again immediately.

If you want to pick something from a distance, you need to be careful with the robot vacuum until the desired object is in a “blue zone” in the camera scene. Even if navigating it is hard to navigate the application without a dead count, the vacuum failed several times to recognize any crushed tissue in the blue region. Also, now, the app warns you to be physically close to the vacuum. It ignores a lot of “to play with your lonely pet from the office” ideal use.

One month after my chaos home, Saros Z70’s machine learning is so confused that it doesn’t just pick up anything. Most days, it becomes clear, then turns into a circle and says, “Failed to pick” before returning to Suka. It goes without saying it Cannot Work; These problems look like they can be fixed with a few software updates. Unfortunately, it does not work properly NowThe

As far as the rest of the robot vacuum goes, one of the main differences between Saros Z70 and Saros 10 and it is that the battery life is much lower in the hand -powered bot. Where saros 10 and usually can clean the entire first floor of my house at once, Saros Z 70 often returns to the dock mid-clin to recharge; My 9pm scheduled Clean can run up to 2 or 3 pm. This is not the problem for me, but if you start your vacuum after dinner and want to do it before going to bed, it may be a reason.

I have tested so far there is the best navigation system of Roboroka. The owned name is Starsite Autonomous 2.0, and it is basically the Leader-Famous lasers that give the robot the real-time information as well as navigating your home. It also has a camera in the mechanical arm (so, why it is embedded in the toilet paper holder) as well as in the front of the vacuum, but like all the Robbock Vacuum, it adheres to the TV Rhineland Protection Value and ETSI N 303 645 CyberSScurrent Standards, so I think I am right around my house.

I am forever fascinated by how well navigating around the barrier barrier; My house with two kids and a dog is full of unusually stray items. When Saros Z70 was running, I would usually have to see if it was a trip to see as much as I did to see as much as I did. It has dealt well well except a few items that a robot can deal with a robot like a doll’s hair.
