I have fought As long as I can remember with insomnia. I originally tried each Sleep help In the market, plus i need a Sound machine, Sleep, Blackout CartenAnd Weighted blanket Even to start the process of trying to fall asleep. So I decided to try something new.
Before the bed, closed and closed for the past several months, I was wearing Somni, a wearing slip -tech headband which aims to make a map using the brain EEG (Electroensflogram) Sensors to provide distinct therapeutic stimuli to help promoting sleep.
The rechargeable headband charges at night in a dock, featuring sticky hydrogel electrodes for the band that needs to be replaced every few nights. At night, I wore Somni for 15 minutes, where my brain used to “map” those EEG sensors and Somnie’s algorithms for 15 minutes personalized therapeutic stimulus (, in particular, TACS, or the current alternative current stimulus) for session bedtime.

Basically, constant, very few electric currents (1 to 10 Hartz 1 milliampere) provide stimulation to the brain through hydrogel electrodes on my forehead to promote healthy sleep at night. Somni claims that the stimulus has been personalized in real time, reacting to the rhythm of my own brain and reloces, so that the brain is favorable for a rest night sleep. The wearing technology is connected to an app (subscription is necessary, see below), where you can observe the “Stage” of the session and view sessions reports, log your slip journal and track the sleeping trends over time.
Generally, I have seen myself falling asleep shortly at night I used the device, but should not necessarily be asleep all night. I doubt how personalized the electric stimulus sessions are, but Somni succeeded in falling asleep. Although it is probably not the company’s will. After all, I could see that Somni was a great way to improve my Sleep is healthyMen

Somni uses sensors and algorithms to get a common map of your brain and provides a 15 minute, personalized electric stimulus session. The same non -nasal electrical stimulus is used for everything, from the restoration of the target muscle to a more common disorder of anxiety. According to Somnie, the “sleeping, duration and depth” bestowed the device’s stimulus in the rhythm of each person in real time in order to balance the best WebsiteThe
