What is inside the GHF food box that spreads in gas

More than two million Palestinians in Gaza face a hunger crisis, with the death of malnutrition growing with the day, according to the United Nations organization.

GHF said these boxes also contain some kind of food ready, such as Halva bars, a popular breakfast made from mixing tahini or sesame paste and sugar.

The organization provided us with a table about what it describes as a list of elements of “indicator” in each box, with a calorie collapse.

Sometimes it includes replacement items such as tea, cookies and chocolate, and also supplies potatoes and onions, but they are not included in the food figures, GHF said.

GHF did not answer BBC Verify’s questions about the tips on the nutritional content of his help boxes or whether he plans to cope with the fears raised by experts.
