If you look at the photos, you will notice that rain arcs at every end of the rain. It saves weight somewhat and improves the ventilation, but it is a region that I worried me when I reviewed the 3-person version a few years ago. Thanks never a problem, the bathtub floor (which was published under the flight) proved a lot of waterproof in my use.
Speaking of bathtub floors, there is a clip-in vestibule floor that is also the size of a bathtub. Neemo is called the landing area. It is a slightly extra triangle of the fabric that puts about half of the vestibule covers and any gear there you protect from any water that can come under the back-splash and the bottom of the flight. In the rain it is to help maintain the bathtub size.
The landing area weighs next to something (1.7 ounces) and makes the vestibule more usable, even if your gear is dry, the soil is wet. This is a great feature that I have come to appreciate the rainy days.

What I like about Nyamo Tent on other options like copper spar tents is to focus on details. Landing zone, ceiling headlamp pocket (which turns your headlight into a lantern, complete with reddish light), rapid clip fly attachment, the nearest vertical sidewalls can use a straight zipper (which you can open with one hand), how to make you out of the door and the inner door to the other way. There are several trade -offs. The big one weight. It is not a tent for the ultraLalite backpacker, thru-hiker or anyone who is looking for a very low weight, minimum structure. If this is what you look like is Turps and Non-Fristtinging T hoses LonelyThe Again, though, divided between the two, I think a 4 -pound tent like dazer is perfectly acceptable.
Other trade off: Neemo is on the upper end of the price spectrum. In my experience, the combination of high quality materials, durability and details makes the dagger Oso 2P invest valuable for investment.
