The American technology company, whose CEO and chief employee resigned after being caught on a camera covering a Coldplay concert, released a promotional video with a cheek with the participation of Gwyneh Paltrow as a “temporary speaker”.

In the 60 -second clip published on X account of the astronomerHollywood star Paltrow – who has been married to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin for more than 10 years – says she wants to answer “most often” the common questions that the company has recently been asked.

The first of these questions, which appears as screen inscriptions, reads “Omg! What the actual F”, to which Paltrow replies: “Yes, the astronomer is the best place to launch Apache air,” it ceases to say that the company is “excited.”

When a subsequent question asked how the company’s social media team “behaves” after the video became viral, Paltrow says the spaces are still available for an upcoming conference.

Paltrow signs the video, which has been watched over 27 million times, thanking viewers for their “interest in the astronomer”, saying that the company will already return “to what it does best”.

“This is a really smart video,” says Jordan Greeni, CEO of PR Profile Profile.

“Everyone has heard of this scandal, everyone has seen the video. But if you went down the street and asked someone who is the CEO of Astronomer, they would say” the man in the Coldplay video “, but if you then ask” what the astronomer really does, they will probably say “they are a type of technology company.

Greenaway says the video virus probably will not have too much negative impact on the astronomer forward, as the viral scandal “does not hit the quality of their product.”

He says the purpose of the company was to create awareness of the brand among the mass public, so that the company is not only known as the one whose CEO had an affair.

“I know there are some PRs whose default is to lean in humor to overcome the scandal and overcome the hump.”

“In most cases, this does not work.

“But this is what the astronomer is trying to do in this case,” he says. “Instead of surrounding things, they jump with both legs. This is often a good strategy when the crisis is so big and well known that you can’t easily pull it out.”

Greenaway Compares it to a 2013 horses scandal, When Kone was discovered in beef products throughout Europe and says that “it would not be right to dress with humor by posing as a horse, for example, and answering.”

“This can lead to your customers say,” This is something that attacks the quality of your product and you make light from it. ”

The nature of this scandal gives the astronomer the flexibility of approaching them with a little more humor, as the company sells a data service, Greenaway continues.

“They do not make fun of the quality of their product, they make fun of their CEO, who has now resigned.”

Uncomfortable moment for a couple on Coldplay Gig screen

But Grinway says that while the astronomer can come out of this relatively unharmed, this is not the case for Andy Byron.

“He and his reputation are a different question,” he says.

“If Andy Byron had lit this, it would be very unfair and very unethical because he was the one who deals with bad behavior.”

Byron was the executive director of the astronomer for two years when he and Christine Cabot were caught on the giant screen at the Villet Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts on July 16th.

Greenaway says he would take “Overall the same strategy” that the astronomer was involved in a similar situation.

“I would have gotten rid of the CEO earlier. If possible, I would like to show that this type of leadership ethics at Astronomer are unacceptable.

“But with regard to the return of the discussion back to the company and what it actually does, I don’t think it’s a bad way to cope.

“I don’t know if I would have the courage to do what they do, but I hope I would have.”

Interest in Astronomer, which is described as “the best place to launch Airflow Apache” – a product that was not developed by the astronomer – has increased significantly as its former CEO’s video has become viral, with some unnamed reports suggesting a 15,000% leap when visiting the company.

The company was founded in 2018 and provides services for companies that want to use artificial intelligence (AI).

The astronomer says he has worked with Apple, Ford and Uber, Wall Street Journal reports.

Pete Djji, co -founder and chief product director, has been appointed as a temporary executive director of the company and can at least see positively for all attention to his company.

“The spotlights were unusual and surreal for our team, and although I would never want to happen, the astronomer is already a household name,” he wrote in LinkedIn.

The only previous statement that the company made was on the X, two days after the Coldplay concert.

“The astronomer is engaged in the values and culture that guide us from our founding. Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both behavior and accountability,” it is said until a formal investigation has announced.

Seeing the moment when Byron and Cabot hid from the camera from his position on stage, Chris Martin of Coldplay said, “Either they have an affair or they are just very shy.”

And if you’re wondering what kind of PR on the famous ex -husband of Paltrow and his group, Greenaway thinks it’s neutral.

“I don’t think this increases awareness of them … The public as a whole has one thing in its head and that’s the Kiss Cam video. It’s drowned all the other things.”
