People rescued by a nursing home and flooded streets in China

Rescue workers were located to help dozens of a nursing home in Beijing in the chest water.

At least 30 people were killed in floods that have flooded large parts of northeastern China.

More than 80,000 people have been moved from their homes after more than 543.4 mm (21.4 inches) rain has fallen in recent days in areas around Beijing.

Chinese leader Jinping has ordered efforts to search for and rescue “entirely” to minimize the victims.
