Russia hits the Ukrainian training ward, killing and injuring servicemen

The armed forces of Ukraine confirmed a Russian missile strike that struck military training, causing a number of casualties.

The Ukrainian land forces said late Tuesday that three officers were killed and 18 were injured.

The military did not say where the training ground was located, although a Ukrainian war reporter Andrei Taklienko said he was in the Chernihiv area north of Kiev, who borders Russia and Belarus.

The Russian Defense Ministry has released a video of what it claims to be a ballistic rocket strike in a wooded area, which included more than 20 cluster explosions.

The video cannot be inspected immediately, but the Russian mod claims that the number of Ukrainian casualties is far higher than Ukraine said. There are no more words from the military late on Tuesday.

“Despite the security measures taken, unfortunately, it was not possible to completely avoid losses among staff,” said a statement by social media of Ukraine.

This is the third Russian attack on Ukrainian training unit in just over two months.

A rocket attack on a camp at a camp in the northern border region of sums killed six troops in May, and another blow killed 12 people and wounded another 60 last month.

The protection of Ukrainian troops in exercise is particularly sensitive to the military, which said it would investigate whether “the actions or inaction of officials” led to death or injuries to a rocket strike on Tuesday night.

The Earth Commander Mykhailo Drapatyi resigned after a deadly attack last month, saying that the victims were “young boys from a training battalion” and that most of them were in shelters at the time.
