Like the medium quality of the display, the touchpad is rather confusing. I have made it worse, but its plastic surface is not as smooth and responsive as glass. The click process is higher and requires too much effort to press. It is also loose, so you can disappoint the touchpad without registering a click. They are all in the cheap laptop ordinary and over time it’s something I think that I can get used to it. However when you go back to some more premiums, you will notice a huge difference. The keyboard is not a hassle, but the keys felt squi -schia than my choice. I don’t object to the grippie texture in the kikaps.
HDMI 1.4, USB-A 3.2, USB-C 3.2, a USB-C port for charging and a strong selection of ports with a headphone jack. It’s well rounded, but there is a problem: they’re all on one side. You only get a Kensington lock slot on the right of the device. Unfortunately, this means you will only be able to charge the laptop from the left.

Asus Chromebook CX14 has two versions now available. My review unit was a more expensive configuration, which brings more – a quick CPU, twice RAM (8GB), and double storage (128 GB). The processor is Core 3 Series 1, otherwise the Intel Core is known as 3N 355. This is an interesting chip, only eight skills core and any performance core compared to the conventional dual-core setup of Celron Chips.
Performance is nothing like writing at home, though it was 38 percent faster in the speedometer 3.1 benchmark compared to the seller-based Asus chromebook cx15 I tested last month. This means web applications feel a bit snapier and more responsive, especially when you are going a lot at the same time. It is hard to argue with the price of that cheap configuration (especially when it is sold), if you want to use CX14 for active work or study, you will appreciate performance and additional storage.
Asus claimed that CX 14 lasted eight hours on charge. In my tests, it lasts almost a long time. Feel, it is in the local video playback with the 100 lux screens – not a heavy burden. The use of my ordinary working day has reduced it a little bit and I must have needed a recharge during the day. So no, it is nowhere nearly as long as long Lenovo Chromebook plus 14No, it is not comparable to more premium laptops like MacBook Air or Surface Laptop. However, it is decent for a laptop at this price.
