Trump redirects tariff rates before the deadline imposes 40% debt for all transfined goods

US President Donald Trump has signed an enforcement order on Thursday, which confirmed the “reciprocal” tariffs for dozens of countries, with updated duties varying from 10% to 41%.

All goods that are considered to have been transformed to avoid the applicable obligations will be subject to an additional tariff of 40%, According to the White HouseS

Countries not specified in the last line will face an additional 10%obligation, the statement said.

The modified tariffs will be effective with respect to the goods “entered for consumption at or after 12:01 am Eastern daylight 7 days after the date of order” with some exceptions.
