Lauren Good: Okay Not actually But in the last fall, I went to an event for the World Coin, which is Sam Altman’s other company. It was a great weird sibling crypto i-scanning thing in a warehouse in San Francisco’s Mission District.

Michael Hit: Orb?

Lauren Good: This party had everything. Yes But there was swag and there was a great sweatshirt that the world was emblazoned over it and I looked at the label and it was by a company called Original favorites and so I gave an order. So I have Sam Altman WorldCine Sweetshirt without a World Logo. I’m showing you it right now.

Michael Hit: Yes You’re wearing it.

Lauren Good: And I like this sweatshirt. It was like the 90s when you bought a sweatshirt and they were so rough and strong, they almost felt like cardboard?

Michael Hit: Yes

Lauren Good: Like the good old champion Sweetshirt, you know what I mean?

Michael Hit: Yes

Lauren Good: That feeling. And you’ll wash it a hundred times and it will still be it … that’s it.

Michael Hit: It looks fabulous.

Lauren Good: Thank you

Michael Hit: Congratulations

Lauren Good: Mike, what is your recommendation?

Michael Hit: Oh, Gosh I’m going to recommend some stand-up comedy for our time.

Lauren Good: Do it

Michael Hit: It is special to the new Mark Maron stand-up on HBO. It came out a week ago or before. It is called Frightened And that’s pretty good. Specifically, I suggest it because there is a great reef in the middle, the entire bit about the app watch duty, this is the app that people use to track the fire and become very popular in Los Angeles at the beginning of 2025 when the LA was devastated by the fire. Okay, Mark tells the story about how he saw his duty and he didn’t understand the notifications in the app, and he didn’t know if he should be removed, so he caught and removed all his cats and was absolutely not needed at all. And it’s a really fun long story, but it’s very good. The whole thing is very good. If you are familiar with Mark Maron’s joke, you will find out that he is very dark and this special becomes very dark, especially in the second half, but I can recommend it. If you know him and you like him, you would like it.

Lauren Good: It is being added to the clock list.

Michael Hit: Great

Lauren Good: Adding it to see the duty. Our guy, Bun Ashworth, who made this show for us, wrote A feature story about Watch Duty this yearToo

Michael Hit: He did He did

Lauren Good: So we’ll include it in show notes.

Michael Hit: Yes

Lauren Good: And Mike, you will never leave us again, right? No more leave for you?

Michael Hit: Sometimes

Lauren Good: Thank you to God.

Michael Hit: I’ll be sitting behind the microphone here until I end the time.

Lauren Good: There’s the best chatbot there.
