Igor Babushkin, co-founder of Elon Mask’s Jai Startup, announced his departure from the company on Wednesday X postsThe Babushkin led the engineering teams at XAI and a few years after it was founded, Silicon helped to create a startup among one of the leading AI model developers of the Valley.
“Today was my last day in Jai, the company that I helped to start with Elon Mask in 2023,” Babushkin wrote in the post. “I still think that the first I met with Alon, we talked about AI for a few hours and what the future might be.
Babushkin Jai is leaving Jai’s own initiative, Babuschchin Venture, which he says that AI will support AI protection research and back startups “advance humanity and unlocks the mystery of our universe.”
Jai’s co-founder said that he was inspired to start the firm after a dinner with the founder of the Future of Life Institute, Max Tagmark, where they discussed how AI systems could be safely created to encourage future generation development.
Babushkin’s departure came after a few months of turmoil for Jai, where the company became engrossed in serious scandals related to his AI chatboat Grock. For example, Grock mask’s personal opinion was shown to quote while trying to answer the controversial questions. In another case, Jai’s chatbot goes to antisemitic grants and calls himself “Macahitler”. Very recently, Jai unveils a new feature of Grock that allows users to create AI-exposed videos similar to nude public figures like Taylor Swift.
These scandals have occasionally printed the performance of Acia models, which are sophisticated in several criteria compared to the OpenAI, Google Dipmind and the anthropological AI model.
