A Gazan woman, who was evacuated to Italy for treatment while she was hated, died in hospital.
The 20-year-old, who was identified as Mara Abu Zuhri, flew to Pisa with her mother on a flight overnight on Wednesday on a scheme created by the Italian government.
The University Hospital in Pisa said she had suffered cardiac arrest and died on Friday, less than 48 hours after her arrival.
The hospital said it had suffered severe weight loss and muscle as the UN warned of widespread malnutrition in gas.
More than 180 children and adults have been brought to Italy since the beginning of the Israeli war.
Thirty patients and their companions arrived Rome, Milan and Pisa this week, all with serious congenital diseases, wounds or amputations, said the Italian Foreign Ministry.
Meanwhile, British MPs called on the government To bring sick and injured children from Gaza to the UK, “no delay”, weeks after British Prime Minister, Sir Kiir Starmer, promised to create an evacuation scheme.
The interior office said it intends to evacuate several hundred gas children with a pace “and that biometric tests must be performed before children and care were allowed in the UK.
The Israeli ministry said it would begin to provide the residents of Gaza Tents and other equipment from Sunday before moving them to “safe zones”.
The statement came days after the Israeli government announced that the troops would occupy the city of Gaza. This was followed by a few days of heavy bombing of Zeitoun, the largest neighborhood in the city.
A spokesman for the BBC told the BBC that the situation in Zeitoun was “catastrophic”, with mass displacement being held after six days of ruthless Israeli air strikes, shooting and destruction.
At least 36 people were killed at Israeli strikes on Saturday, according to the Health Ministry of Gaza.
The Ministry of Health also said that another 11 people had been killed by malnutrition, leading to the number of deaths related to hunger to more than 250.
The Israeli military said it was “committed to mitigating civil damage” and called into question the reliability of the death taxes provided by the Hamas ministries.
The Israeli government denies that there is malnutrition in Gaza. It says that his forces are directed to terrorists and never civilians and claims that Hamas is responsible for the humanitarian crisis.
More than 60,000 people have been killed since the beginning of the Israeli war in Gaza, according to Hamas Health Ministry.
