Buildings have been destroyed and rescue efforts after a deadly earthquake in Afghanistan

At least 800 people were killed and thousands wounded in East Afghanistan after Deadly earthquake with magnitude 6.0 Strike Sunday night.

Video footage shows numerous buildings demolished in ruins. The landslides have blocked many paths, and rescuers use helicopters to try to reach more distant, cut regions.
