Shannon Smith (@ Shannon.lsf)

Lost Total Kilograms: 4

Shannon’s story:

“I lost an inch and a half on my belly and 2.5 inches above your hips!

I’m so proud of the work I’ve done in this challenge because I’ve never been so consistent. This challenge meant me more, because I made a decision Priority my health over everything else.

That meant I was Started thyroid drugs For the first time, He really advocated himself in the doctor, I got great in line with exercises and mastered the 80/20 of the lives I’ve always wanted. While the scale didn’t show my progress, I was Amazed to see how fast I spill the inch from the waist.

I also noticeyes Val trust returns to my lifeand helped me feel happy in the world. And He started dressing in clothes that I like better and emphasizing parts of my body I hid so long. I also got stronger (he returned to my 15 lb dumbbells!) And I even want to try a bar at the gym.

I did everything from home, on the beach and with my damagesy. I still go strong, even though I’m coming back to school (I’m a teacher) exhausting. I learn how It is important to take care of yourself first (Through nutrition, exercise, vacation, etc.) So they can appear better everywhere elsewhere. I loved HBMP, because I allowed me to eat things I loved and be flexible when I needed. Now I go back through him.

And most of all, I enjoyed my responsibility group because there were girls who understood more than anyone else in my life what I went through! It felt so amazing to win a reward of the week 3, because she felt like I was seen for all my hard work! Thank you for this amazing community and I’m so excited to continue the construction of these habits. “

Dara McCann (@ dara.lsf)

Lost total kilograms: 2.8

Dara’s Story:

“This challenge was special for me! It marked my One year’s anniversary of the consistent daily movement and focus on nutrition. A lot of milestones including my Back of 400 days and several PRS throughout the summer fitness.

It was the day I didn’t feel like I moved my body and face craving for pizza and roll cinnamon, but then I remembered why I was doing it: being a strong woman who has not arrived for the possibility of more.

I’m So proud of progress in just that of 6 short weeks. Until I lost a lot of weight, I feel that I’m starting to gain muscles and see the definition.

I am very grateful for the LSF community, and even the winner of the week – which was such a pleasant surprise! As always, gratitude, another fantastic challenge! “

Cambria (@motivated_mama_lsf)

Total kilograms lost: 5.4

Cambria Story:

“The journey this time is more a long-term goal is not just a challenge for challenging focus. January 2025 I started with The target of losing 20 pounds With the main “why” be to take care of ourselves. From my 2025 goals planner: “My most important thing I want to achieve this year loses 20 pounds so that I can physically function better and have a better mental state” This challenge helped me drop it finally a few pounds and achieved the goal of losing 20 kilograms this year.

Is this though? Absolutely no. 2025 will continue to be a year of change. I am in the early 40s and experience the top and perimenopausal falls. I’m tired of fatigue and temperamental. Focusing on mental health, physical meal and growth in my relationship with Jesus will continue to be central for every day that goes forward.

I feel better than I have a while. I have more energy, fewer moods (most of the time;) and I am Hearing the compliments that my husband gives me. He is always encouraged but When you don’t feel good in yourself, it’s hard to receive compliments because they were meant. I ‘m excited to see how God will continue to work in these remaining 4 months in 2025. years and looking forward to Continuing to appear with LSF to improve my health. “
