Ghetto imagesThe French police suspects that people who place the heads of pigs outside the Paris mosques on Monday night have acted at the behest of a foreign intelligence service, probably a Russian.
The heads were found on Tuesday morning outside nine mosques in Central Paris and the surrounding suburbs, which caused a wave of outrage and condemnation.
But investigators have already said that the two participants have driven a Serbian registered car, used a Croatian mobile phone and passed to Belgium a few hours later.
The incident has striking similarities with other recent provocations – more specially blurring Stars of David on the Paris Walls In October 2023 and the picture of the red hands of the Holocaust Holocaust Memorial in May 2024.

The French intelligence agency Viginum, which is monitoring social media, said there is evidence of social media accounts related to Russia, spreading reports on the Red Hands affair using thousands of fake accounts of X.
