For decades, Fortune 500 companies had to hire market research companies to get meaningful insights about customer satisfaction. These services come with a huge price tag and often take a few weeks to finish.
KeyA market research startup, using Voice AI to conduct customer interviews, provides a portion of the client’s analysis to a part of the expenditure of the consultant agencies. On Wednesday, the two -year -old company announced that they had raised seed funds led by Clear Parkins with the participation of SV Angel, Common Metal and South Park Commons.
Kepler’s concept was imagined in 2021 when Dhruv Guliani (right on the right), earlier a Google engineer, where he worked on speeches and voice AI models and participated in the machine learning engineer William Wayne, South Park Commons founder Fellowship program.
Both of them spoke to market researchers and brand managers and realized that these professionals depend on the equipment – depending on the written survey and interviews conducted by humans – now the conversation can be replaced by AI.
With Kepler, companies can set up the study within minutes, Guliani told TechCrunch. The startup platform can turn any question about the product into an interview restraint guide. Kepler’s voice assistant will then reach the participants and ask their investigation questions to understand what customers like and dislike the product.
If Kepler is approved by client CRM access, the AI ​​voice researcher will reach the existing customers. The results of the AI ​​conversation are then packaged in reports and powerpoint presentations, which are the traditions provided by human market researchers.
It would not have been possible to rely on voice bot before progressing on LLMs. However, Voice AI has become so good that the study participants sometimes forget that they are talking to AI, Guliani said.
