Macro to offer “scientific” judicial evidence to prove that Brigitte is a woman, the lawyer says

Emanuel Macron and his wife Brigitte plan to present photographic and scientific evidence to the American court to prove that Macron is a woman.

The lawyer tells them that the French president and Mrs. Macron will submit the documentation in a defamation claim they have taken against the right influential Candice Owens after she raised her belief that Brigitte Macron was a native man.

G -JJ’s lawyers responded with a request for the claim to be rejected.

Speaking with the glory of the BBC under the fire pod, Macrons’s lawyer in the case Tom Claire said that D -Ja Macron had found allegations of “incredibly upset” and they are “scattering” the French president.

“I do not want to guess that he somehow dumped him from his game. But just like anyone who juggles a career and a family life when your family is under attack, it is worn on you. And he is not immunized by it because he is president of a country,” he said.

G -n Claire said there would be “expert testimony that will come out, which will be scientific”, and although it does not reveal, at this stage its exact nature, he said that the couple is ready to demonstrate completely “both common and specifically” that the allegations are false.

“It is incredibly upset to think that you have to go and put yourself on yourself, to put this type of evidence forward,” he said.

“This is a process that she will have to be subjected to a very public way. But she is ready to do it. She is determined to do everything he needs to set the record.

“If this trouble and this discomfort that has to open in this way is what is needed to set the record and stop it, it is 100% ready to fulfill that weight.”

Asked if the macroes would deliver photos of a pregnant brigitation and raise their children, Claire said they existed and would be presented in court where there are rules and standards.

G -Ja Owens, a former commentator on the conservative American exit Daily Wire, who has millions of followers on social media, has repeatedly promoted her opinion that Brigitte Macron is a man.

In March 2024, she claims she would bet “all her professional reputation” on the prosecution.

The statement comes from Fringe Online Spaces years earlier, more special through a YouTube video of 2021 by the French bloggers Amandin Roy and Natcha Ray.

Initially, the macroes won a defamation case in France against Roy and Ray in 2024, but this decision was annulled in appeal in 2025 on a ground for freedom of expression, not on the basis of truth. Macro appeals the decision.

In July, the macros filed a case against G -Ja Owens in the United States. It claims that “has neglected all the credible evidence that denies her claim in favor of the platform of well -known conspiracy theorists and proven pliers.”

In the case of US slander against public figures, the plaintiffs are obliged to prove “real malice” – that the defendant deliberately disseminates false information or acted with reckless disregard for the truth.

In August, Emanuel Macron explained to the French magazine Paris Match why they chose to take court action.

“This is about protecting my honor! Because this is nonsense. This is a person who fully knew that she had false information and made it in order to cause harm, in the service of ideology and with established relationships with far -right leaders.”

G -Jia Owens’s lawyers responded to the Macro’s case requesting dismissal, claiming that the case should not have been brought to Delaware, as she says she does not relate to her business that is included in the state. They claim that its forcing it to defend the case in Delaware would cause “significant financial and operational difficulties.”
