Israel has committed a large wave of air strikes in South Lebanon, saying it is aimed at positions of Iran -backed Hezbollah group.
The attacks came after the evacuation warnings were issued for several places. There was no immediate report on the victims.
Israel has made air strikes on people and places that are said to be related to Hezbollah almost every day, despite the deal that ended the war with the group in November.
The Lebanese Prime Minister called on the international community to call on Israel to stop what he described as intimidation and attacks and to fulfill his duties to end the fire.
Published online shots showed huge saliva smoke in Mais Al-Jabal, one of the affected areas.
An Israeli military spokesman said the goals are infrastructure belonging to Hezbollah and in response to the group’s attempts to restore activities in the area. He did not provide evidence.
Arab Arab Arab Forces spokesman Avichai Adra said his forces had attacked and attacked Hezbollah’s weapons warehouses and their presence “is a violation of the understanding between Israel and Lebanon.”
Earlier, he warned the residents to evacuate buildings in the villages of Mais al Jabal, Kfar Tibent and Debin, and later in two other villages.
Lebanon Prime Minister Nawaf Salam said he was committed to stopping hostile actions in X, but asked, “Where is Israel’s commitment to these mechanisms?”
He called on the international community, especially the countries sponsoring the cessation of fire, “to exert maximum pressure on Israel to immediately stop its aggression”, immediately withdraw from Lebanese territory and to release prisoners.
