My day is typical Start waking up 10 minutes before I start work, get an energy drink, log on to my laptop and then get a headache around 3pm when I realize I haven’t eaten a single thing (let alone). nutritious thing). Between my ADHD hyperfocus and simultaneous ADHD time blindness, I have a tendency to eat like a toddler and accidentally let production go bad because out of sight is totally out of mind. Sometimes I feel like a sim The Sims 4Wanders aimlessly around my house in search somethingCan’t understand my needs bars are turning all red. When I remember to eat, I’m a grazer, and I eat charcuterie or grown-up lunchables for 90 percent of my meals. I love containers. I love finger food. I am a foodie can’t They don’t like to think too much about their next meal.
Garden Cup. Gardencup is the answer.

Every jar is full of goodness. Filling salads are packed smartly, with dressings and wet ingredients on the bottom and fresh vegetables on top. Just toss them when you’re ready to eat and you’ll have a dressed, fresh salad in no time. They’re also packed tightly — sometimes I had to eat a few forkfuls of spinach to have enough room inside the jar to shake it thoroughly. Of course, you can dump the whole thing in a bowl. For products like produce scoops—cut-up pineapple or apples with almond butter, carrot and celery sticks with hummus—or spreads like tuna salad, just dig in. (Remember to bring your own crackers.)
The primary thing I love about GardenCup is how easy it makes my life. I’m already thinking about money, doctor’s appointments, going to the gym, career growth, maintaining my friendships, my godforsaken emails, the state of the larger world, and whether I can pull off a cool-toned purple lipstick. (I can’t.) Despite my love for delicious food, the last thing I want to think about is eating three delicious meals a day. GardenCup lets me go on autopilot for a while. I reach into my fridge, grab a cup of something, and eat it knowing it’s nutritious and ultimately tastes good. Sometimes the dishes are a bit bland – my chicken noodle soup could benefit from some black pepper, and if I’m not reviewing them, I’ll add my own dressing to a few salads. But the trade-off is absolutely no problem for me and my lifestyle. ‘It’s better to have a cup of food than not to have a cup of food and you need to add your own clothes. And eating well these weeks with the help of GardenCup has meant that cooking or going out to dinner has felt like more of a luxury and less of another thing on my to-do list.
