President Donald Trump sent federalized troops from California to Oregon after a court denied his attempt to unleash the National Guard in Portland.

The deployment bypassing the judge’s order, which blocks the deployment of troops in Portland, instead using members of the National Guard who have already served in Los Angeles after summer protests there.

The California Gov Gavin Newsom has promised to bring a case for the maneuver, which he called “breathtaking abuse of law and power.”

Portland is the most recent city in the United States – many of which are led by Democrats – aimed as part of the President’s crime. He claims that troops are needed to restore peace against the background of continuing protests for the implementation of immigration.

The Pentagon confirmed that 200 members of the California National Guard were reassigned to Portland to “support immigration and customs law enforcement and other federal officials performing official obligations.”

“President Trump exercises his legal body to protect federal assets and staff in Portland after riots and attacks on law enforcement,” said White House spokesman Abigail Jackson.

She attacks Newsom, saying that he should “stand on the side of the law -residents, instead of violent criminals destroying Portland and cities across the country.”

There were great protests in Los Angeles in the summer after the city became the target of increased immigration raids. Trump unfolded the National Guard of the State to quell the excitement in June, a significant move, as deployment is usually the responsibility of the governor of the state. Newsom claims that the use of Los Angeles military is unnecessary and inflamed tension. Trump said it saved the city from burning on the ground.

The Trump administration redistributed the same troops that were still in Los Angeles near Portland.

“This is not about public safety, but for power. The chief commander uses US military as a political weapon against US citizens,” Newsom said, after Trump sent troops to Portland, accusing the president of ignoring the courts.

“We will take this struggle before the court, but the public cannot remain silent on such reckless and authoritarian behavior of the President of the United States.”

Protests in Portland and other cities continue because of the increased implementation of the immigration of the Trump administration. Portland, in particular, has long attracted Trump’s rage because of his alleged concentration of people, which his supporters describe as an anti-fascist as an “anti-fascist”. Recently, the president signed an executive order that defines the group, which is a poorly organized movement of far left activists, as an internal terrorist organization.

The Portland deployment came one day after Trump allowed the deployment of 300 troops of the National Guard to Chicago To deal with what he says is a crime out of control.

Chicago also observed protests for increased immigration application. On Saturday, the protests became violent, with immigration authorities saying they had opened fire on an armed woman after she and others allegedly put their cars into law enforcement vehicles.

The woman’s condition is unclear, but employees said she had taken a hospital.

State and local leaders have identified the plans for the implementation of Trump there and called it abuse of power. Illinois governor JB Pritzker said Trump “was trying to produce a crisis.”

On Sunday, Gov Pritzker told CNN that the permission of the troops there would encourage protests. He accused the administration of creating a “war zone” to rationalize the answer.

“They want chaos on earth. They want to create the war zone so they can send more troops,” he told Jake Tapper to CNN. “They use every lever they have to prevent us from maintaining order.”
