The United States has finalized an agreement that will allow Qatar to build an Air Air Force facility in Idaho, US Secretary of Defense Pete Heget announced.
He said the facility – where the state pilots in the Persian Gulf will be trained to fly F -15 fighter jets – will be created at the Mountain Home air base in the Northwest US state.
“This is just another example of our partnership,” Heget said during a meeting with his Qatari counterpart, Saud bin Abdulrahman al -Thani in Pentagon on Friday.
Heget also praised Qatar that he plays a “essential role” in the efforts led by President Donald Trump to secure Deal to stop the fire and the gas of the gas.
Qatar – together with Egypt and Turkey – was an active intermediary during the months of indirect negotiations between Israel and Hamas.
On Friday, Hagett said he was “proud to sign a letter to be accepted today for the construction of an Airbase Mountain Home Airbase Air Base in Idaho.”
“The location will host a contingent of Qatari F-15 and pilots to improve our combined training, increase death, interoperability, this is just another example of our partnership.
“You can count on us,” Heget told Al Thani.
The Pentagon chief did not say how many Qatari F-15 would be based at the Aidaho facility and when it would become operational.
The order is an exceptional security pact between America and a key Arab ally, almost mirror aspects of NATO Alliance.
This move came after the Israeli air strikes headed for Hamas leaders in the capital of Qatar Doha on September 9, leaving several members at a lower level of the Palestinian Group of Dead, along with a Qatari security officer.
Qatar hosts Washington’s largest military base in the Middle East -Al -Adaid.
Base – home of US military headquarters for all air operations in the region – was Iranianly attacked from Iran in revenge for American strikes against his nuclear objects.
