Pinterest experiments with new AI-powered personalized boards

Pinterest is also testing “boards built for you,” personalized boards created from a mix of editorial input and AI-powered suggestions. These boards — featuring trending styles, weekly outfit inspiration, and shoppable content — will be featured in users’ home feeds and in their inboxes.

The company is initially experimenting with AI features in the US and Canada. They will start rolling out in the next few months.

The company says these AI features aim to transform Pinterest boards from just organizational tools to more personalized ways to explore, shop and find clothing inspiration.
