The perfect hideaway in Palm Springs 🌴

There’s something so special about escaping to Palm Springs for a few quiet days in the sun; especially when it’s time to dream, plan and set intentions for the brand new year. Ryan and I snuck out recently Lucille Palm Springs for our 2026 retreat planning and it really was the perfect place to rest, reset and be inspired.

This was ours second time staying at The Lucilleand it is safe to say that it has become an annual tradition for us. There is only something about this place… Calm energy, attention to detail, genuinely friendly staff that make you feel at home away from home.

Located in the heart of the city center, Lucille is a true boutique gem. It’s quiet, peaceful and beautifully designed, with mid-century charm and thoughtful details that make every corner feel chosen just for you. From the tranquil pool deck to the cozy, sun-drenched rooms, everything about it invites you to slow down and take a breath.

Why we love staying here

We came to Palm Springs to do our thing Annual planning for 2026. We always like to take a a few days to dream big, set goals and create space for new ideas and Lucille was the perfect backdrop. We started every morning with coffee by the pool, planned our plans in the sun, and ended the evenings with long walks and pleasant dinners.

The best part? That’s it incredibly walkable. You can leave your car and explore some of our favorite nearby spots:

• 🗿 Forever Marilyn Statue: Just minutes away, this iconic Palm Springs landmark is a must-see (and such a fun photo!).

• 🖼️ Palm Springs Art Museum: Perfect for an inspiring midday break. It is full of amazing exhibits and just a few steps from the hotel.

• ☕️ Koffi North Palm Springs: Mine go for a quick coffee or smoothie before heading out for the day.

• 🥗 farm: The cutest French-inspired cafe in the city center. It’s their brunch everything — think fresh ingredients, cozy garden vibes and great service.

The Lucille experience

Every detail at The Lucille is personal. From the warm welcome when you arrive to the way the staff go out of their way to make your stay special. They really care, and it shows. It is rare to find a place that is both advanced and deeply personalbut Lucille had mastered that balance.

It’s a place where you can spend an afternoon lounging by the pool, journaling under your palms or sneaking in a massage before dinner, and still feel like you’re right in the heart of the action when you’re ready to explore.

We left feeling rested, inspired and gratefulwith outlined plans for 2026 and a full heart. This is a trip we now look forward to every year and I couldn’t recommend it more if you’re craving some sun, quiet and inspiration.
