No more! It’s time to upgrade. This is the pick up All-Clad 5-Piece Nonstick Frying Pan Set $180 (a $30 discount) and throw away your dirty, dented, second- or possibly thirdhand nonstick pan. A better world is possible, and it starts with better tools.

And All-Clad is a good tool. We declared it as long gold standardThere are chefs from all over the world in such kitchens big and small. It lasts for years. It is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. It’s tough, it’s durable, it’s reliable and it does what it’s supposed to do without more fuss than it’s worth.

This deal gets you three nonstick, hard-anodized frying pans in 8-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch sizes and two lids for larger pans.

They are hard-anodized, meaning the aluminum they are made of is considered extra durable. And they are coated in a PTFE nonstick (aka Teflon). There are many nonstick pans that no longer use PTFE—we’re rounding up our favorites—but generally, PTFE-coated cookware considered safe As long as you take good care of it and don’t overheat it. Make sure to use nonstick-safe pans, use low rather than high heat when you can, don’t preheat an empty pan, and wash them by hand when you’re done, and they’ll serve you well.

Note that these all-clad pans are marketed to be safe to 500 degrees Fahrenheit (although the lids are limited to 350 degrees). that upper limit PTFE is “safe” for cooking. We recommend sticking with it for your basic eggs, pancakes and grilled cheeses, and getting something different if you want to finish a dish in the oven or bake. What are you comfortable with!

These pans are compatible with gas, electric and induction cooking methods and have a warp-resistant base. The stainless steel handles may have a different design than what you’re used to, but I personally like them — the upward angle of the handles allows me to flip my eggs without a spatula. And they’re technically dishwasher safe, though we recommend gentle hand washing to preserve that glossy outer coating. The walls of the pan are nice and high, which gives you good leverage when flipping with a spatula. They’re also really stable and have a nice weight to them – unlike some random nonstick pans I’ve used over the years they don’t feel cheap or flimsy.

If you need to upgrade to nonstick, this set is hard to beat, especially at this price. Make sure to check out our individual stories All-clad factory second sale As well as this killer All-Clad Pizza Oven Deal.
