The BBC’s Nada Tawfik reports from Black River, Jamaica, where the worst storm to hit the country in modern history has left scenes of despair. The storm made landfall on October 28 as a Category Five hurricane with sustained winds of 185 mph (298 km/h). Thousands of people remain without electricity.
