So! The live blog has ended. A big thank you to everyone who stuck with us this week, clicked for updates, and brought you the weirdest, weirdest, and most relevant news from the enchanted land of Las Vegas.
To start 2025, we have seen the resurgence of many smart glasses and exciting computer peripheral technologies. Laptops have definitely gotten thinner, and in Lenovo’s case, they’ve gotten longer. Gaming handhelds are here to stay, with seemingly every favorite computer manufacturer making their mobile concoction.
The weird stuff was also interesting. The indoor gardening studio that won one of our favorites reminded us that all you need to grow is adequate watering and light to inspire. Hisense reminded us that appliances should match the aesthetics of your home. Companion robots are still on the CES show floor. Samsung and TCL attracted passers-by with their respective concepts, though TCL was the prettiest.
